A few things about me
I believe that in order to build something, it can only be done when a solid foundation has been set. That's why I took the time to thoroughly study the foundation of web development, HTML and CSS. Once I felt comfortable with both, I went on to learn JavaScript and, following that, React. I can now say, that I have a solid understanding of the core concepts of JavaScript and React, and feel comfortable navigating both. This confidence also stems from the fact that I understand, very well, what needs to be done whenever I hit a roadblock in the development of projects. I am a thorough and curious person who knows how to work through challenges. Big or small, my patient spirit always helps me to track down an issue and troubleshoot effectively.
Part of the reason why I enjoy frontend development a lot, is my background in photography. I have over a decade of experience in photography, and the process of creating a visually appealing "end-product". I love the creativity in this process and see many similarities to frontend development, such as the composition of UI elements, colour schemes or the "feeling" of a design.
In addition to that, I enjoy "building stuff", and because I am not that good with my hands, I realized that building digital products comes very natural to me. In contrast to the creative work on the frontend, I find great joy in mapping out strategic decisions and creating the architecture for the backend of an application.

- Three years of experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)
- Three years of experience in bridging the gap between business and development
- One year of experience in leading an operation, including establishment and management of a supply chain, coordination of external stakeholers and responsibility over up to 400 people and a team of 15 employees
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical folks
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English

What I am looking for
I am looking for an entry-level, full-time, fully remote fullstack developer position. From the moment I started learning web development, I really enjoyed learning and growing my skillset in an effective and productive manner. For that reason, I have created a detailed and structured plan, to accomplish growth as a developer for myself. I am therefore interested in finding a professional environment where I am also able to learn, grow and most importantly utilize my growing skillset to contribute to business success and a positive team spirit.

While I do think that the information above gives a good idea of me as a person and what I am looking for, I find it hard to really get to know someone, by just going through some written information.
